WW2 AUSTRALIAN ISSUED 1907 BAYONET FOR THE 303 RIFLE
This bayonet has the original Shellac coating to 85% of the metal parts from the factory and is in virtually unused condition. Made by Lithgow at the Orange arsenal with the factory stamps to the blade and dated 1944. The wooden grips match and are stamped SLAZ 44. The bayonet comes with its issue leather frog which is in excellent condition and maker and Broad Arrow issue stamped to Denzil Don 1942.
Excellent example of a WW2 Australian issued pattern 1907 bayonet for the 303 rifle in excellent original condition. Yes its not cheap but its condition dictates the price and the fact it has the leather frog.
