1880 BELGIAN SAWBACK ENGINEERS BAYONET WITH ORIGINAL SCABBARD
Description
Belgian 1880 engineers saw back bayonet in good condition maker mark for Alex Coppel with GB in oval below. The reverse with date 1880 plus various other marks a little too faded to read. The bright steel cross guard numbered V3591 with the serial number 1181 in the slot of the brass hilt, The blade is bright with an excellent saw back showing little use. Rarer to find with its original brass and black leather scabbard.
