WW1 GERMAN 98/05 SAWBACK BUTCHER BAYONET RARE MAKER
Sawback blade is marked to the rarely seen maker C.G. HAENEL SUHL. Spine is stamped with the Imperial Crown and date 1914. Rabbit Ears muzzle ring. Good wooden grips, bright blade considering its age. Scabbard is numbered 3770 and maker marked WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER AG OLENDORF. There is a dent to the scabbard that does not detract from its appearance.
