WW1 AUSTRALIAN ISSUE 303 BAYONET 3MD
This 303 bayonet was made by the British firm of SANDERSON and then sold and issued to Australian soldiers of the 3MD (3rd Military District Victoria).
The blade has issue stamps for 3/18 (March 1918). Stamped 3MD to the cross guard. Correct tear drop scabbard. Field sharpened blade.
