19TH CENTURY MEDITERRANEAN DAGGER AND SCABBARD.
Avery nice dagger with a horn handle with slips of silver wire inlay. The blade has a floral engraving to one side of the Ricasso and a Lion to the other side.
The scabbard is in excellent condition and quite rare to still survive, it has ornate carvings to both sides including a Naval Officer of the period which possibly indicates sea service.
