  • WW1 AUSTRALIAN MEDAL PAIR WESTERN AUSTRALIAN. WOUNDED IN ACTION (GASSED) MB231

WW1 AUSTRALIAN MEDAL PAIR WESTERN AUSTRALIAN.

Correctly named and stamped British War and Victory Medals to:

    1139 Pte A. ELTON 3rd Pioneer Battalion (D Coy).

Records show that Pte Elton was born in and lived in North Perth WA, He enlisted in January 1916 and returned to Australia 01 June 1919.

He was WIA (Wounded In Action) by being gassed on the 28 May 1918.

A good straight and honest WW1 pair of medals to a Western Australian, comes with some research.
