This bag is from the Malaya conflict/Vietnam War period as the closure snaps are the same as the Australian webbing that was introduced during the later part of the Malaya confrontation and used throughout the Vietnam War, the Bren Gun existed in some Australian Army Units throughout the 1970,s then was replaced. the bag although having been used is in good condition.
