These Cavalry Officers Sabre's are highly desirable due to them being the sword that was used by the British Army during the Napoleonic wars including the battle of Waterloo when Napoleon was finally defeated by Wellington, this coupled with the fact that it is an Officers Sabre with a Blue and Gilt blade. Prices in the UK range from $3000 (for non Blue and Gilt blade) to $4500. Due to British and Australia Post not allowing swords to be posted they are extremely difficult to import.
