IMPERIAL RUSSIAN OFFICERS PEAK HAT

Imperial Russian Army Officers Peak Hat. white wool/Doeskin material  with a red band and red piping. 2 very small moth nips that are on the surface only. crazed polished visor with the imperial badge to the front. The interior is silk type material lined with a leather sweat band with a bow at the rear. This hat is in excellent near mint condition.

I dont know what unit it comes from but suspect it could be a cavaly unit. If any body knows please let me know.
