IMPERIAL GERMAN JAGER ZU PFERDE LOBSTER TAIL HELMET
Good Imperial German 1916 Jager zu Pferde enlisted ranks lobster tail helmet. Maker marked to Junker and dated 1916 to the inside of the crown. Helmet retains much of its original bluing to body of helmet. Grey metal fittings. One rivet missing to the top spike plate that can be replaced. Complete with its correct pattern chin strap and cockades. Has original leather lining that shows signs of wear. Overall a lovely example of this scarce Imperial German lobster tail helmet.
