    HISTORY

    WW2 German Civil Long Service Awards (Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen) were established in 1938 to honor public servants, officials, and private sector workers for loyal service. The awards were given in three classes based on service duration—Silver (25 years), Gold (40 years), and a special 50-year class—all featuring a cornflower blue ribbon.
