BRONZE FRENCH FIGURE OF A LEGIONNAIRE
This Bronze figure of a French Legionnaire is of exceptionally good quality and detail. The figure is of a Legionnaire carrying forward the French flag in battle. It is signed by the sculptor Rip Moreau to the base and a makers Paris tag also on the base. The patination is excellent. As for the date of this Bronze figure I would estimate late 1800's to early 1900's but don't quote me on that, its just an estimation. This sculpture would make an excellent gift or display item.
