This worn Heer Reichswehr Buckle is a nice example of a desirable early buckle. This was the standard pattern of German Army enlisted belt buckle from the establishment of the Reichswehr after the First World war until 1936 when Hitler came into power, and these were, in some cases, still in use during the war. This unmarked example is steel with a pebbled finish
