WW2 GERMAN KRIEGSMARINE SAILORS UNIFORM GROUPING
A good opportunity to purchase a WW2 German Sailors uniform grouping all to the same sailor. The sailor was Wilhelm Meyer who was a machinist aboard various Kriegsmarine ships including the German Destroyer Karl Galster.
This Grouping consists of the following:
Parade Jacket in excellent condition with all buttons including the chain present. the tunic has the trade badge for a machinist on the sleeve, quality breast Eagle, Ribbons for the War Merit Cross With Swords and the Iron Cross Second Class and loops for award badges. sizing details correctly printed in the sleeve opening with Meyers name label and service number correctly stitched inside in Red.
2 x sailors pull over tops both have name labels and service numbers stitched in red.
2 x white tops for the sailors cap with one having his name tag inside.
2 x framed photographs of Meyer, one with him wearing this Parade Jacket and a sailors cap with the "4 Marineartillerieabteilung 4" cap tally the other showing him wearing his Iron Cross Second Class and the Naval Destroyers badge.
Kriegsmarine cap tally "4 Marineartillerieabteilung 4" full length the same one as in the photo.
ID Disc stamped Wilhelm Meyer N, 2071/38 T. in the correct Brass (Anti magnetic).
Coat hanger with German Makers lable.
Wilhelm Meyer had served aboard the German Destroyer Karl Galster and there are items from this ship that came on the website.
