WW2 GERMAN REICHSPARTEI NUREMBERG 1936 RALLY TABLE BANNER
The Nuremberg Rally was the annual rally of the Nazi Party in Germany, held from 1923 to 1938. They were large Nazi propaganda events, especially after Adolf Hitler's rise to power in 1933. These events were held at the Nazi party rally grounds in Nuremberg from 1933 to 1938 and are as It was called the "Rally of Victory" (Reichsparteitag des Sieges).
This WW2 German Table Banner measures seven inches tall x 5 inches wide. One side depicts the Town of Nurnberg in a woven panel. The other side shows a woven panel depicting knights guarding a central column with a party eagle on top flanked by the date 1936, to the bottom it is inscribed with REICHSPARTEI TAG, the woven panel has oak leaves around the edge. One tassel is missing and there is slight damage to the pole tunnel at the top, this however does not detract from its appearance This table banner is considered a rarity in German WW2 collecting circles.
