WW2 GERMAN HITLER YOUTH/LEAGUE OF GERMAN GIRLS PENNANT
A general Mädelschafts- or Jungmädelschaftswimpel (pennant). A Mädelschaft was the smallest local group, about 15 members strong. It existed in both the League of German Girls (BDM, 14 to 18 years) and the Young Girls’ League (JM, 10 to 14 years). The black cloth pennant measures 235 mm x 140 mm and comes with two metal rings, which would have been affixed to a 220cm long pole. Obverse and reverse show the Hitler Youth diamond, which was separately stitched on the pennant, original RZM label attached (rarer pennant to obtain).
