WW2 US M1 1943 BAYONET FOR THE GARAND RIFLE
This bayonet superceeded the model 1942 bayonet which was longer and was made to fit the Springfield and Garand Rifle.
It was re-designated the M1 1943 for sole use on the Garand rifle. It was made by shortening the M1942 bayonet with the fullers going through to the end of the bayonet. This example is in excellent condition with most of the original finish to the blade.
