WW2 JAPANESE IMPERIAL NAVY 'RABBIT EARS' TRENCH BINOCULARS
These WW2 Rabbit Ears Trench Binoculars are finished in black denoting Imperial Japanese Navy Issue (Army used Green or Brown). They were used in the field trenches for Artillery spotting and general observation. The binoculars measure 300mm in length and the matching tripod measures the same in length. The optics are good for their age and clear with the Distance graticules still there. Maker marked to NIKKO with an 8 x 6 magnification.
