WW2 GERMAN AFRIKA KORPS K98 BAYONET WITH MATCHING NUMBERS AND FROG
This bayonet was a veterans bring back. Showing signs of heavy combat use it has Bakelite grips, maker marked 43 ddl (1943 Josua Corts), Corts only made bayonets between 1941 and 1944. Matching bayonet and scabbard numbers of 1484. AK canvas bayonet frog which is rare in its own right.
I am not going to let this one go cheaply as it is indeed a rarity for the Afrika Korps collector.
