Paratroopers 1942 pattern oversmock worn over equipment during the jump to prevent parachute rigging lines fouling on equipment. Usually discarded on landing. This example is the standard 1942 pattern with issue date 1942 (year of introduction!), label is in the WW2 location and not post war location and seen also on copies. Unissued condition with correct Air Ministry marked zip puller.
