WW1 AUSTRALIAN ISSUED HOOKED QUILLON 303 BAYONET
Issued to the state of Victoria with V10046 stamped to the cross guard. Makers stamped EFD (Enfield) and date stamped 7/10 for July 1910. Broad arrow marked to the pommel.
Some marks to the blade commensurate with its age. Scabbard leather in very good condition and has the correct tear drop scabbard locket. Australian issued Hooked Quillon bayonets rarely come on the market and usually command high prices, this example represents good value at $1500.
