Very nice Artillery Officers peak hat and carry tin named to Major Peter Sherston-Baker MC Royal Artillery. Major Sherston-Baker was a scion of the Sherston-Baker Baronets (created 1796). He was awarded the MC for Burma on the 08 February 1945 whilst serving in the 24 Jungle Field Battery 27 Field Regiment Royal Artillery. He was the Queens messenger 1964-77.
This hat is in very good condition with the only fault being a broken catch on the carry tin. Officers spinning wheel Artillery badge to the front of the cap. Well priced
