AUSTRALIAN DE-ACTIVATED WW2 .303 LEE ENFIELD RIFLE BY LITHGOW.
This rifle is maker marked to the Australian Lithgow factory and made in 1942. There is also Lithgow markings to the rifle butt and a date of 1943 (see images). The rifle has matching woodwork and could do with a good wax and polish. It comes with an original WW2 rifle sling.
This rifle has been professionally deactivated in accordance with WA State Laws and cannot be fired or converted to be fired, it has a moving bolt mechanism and the trigger will not fire tha action. The magazine is removable but will not allow bullets to be loaded. Please ensure that if you are wanting to buy this rifle that you are allowed to import it into your state or country before purchasing as there no returns due to legal complications.
