10 LIGHT HORSE BERET WITH UNOFFICIAL BULLION BADGE
Background
During the 1980's The Officers and senior NCO,s of 10 Light Horse had a bullion badge produced to wear on their beret, which was worn for a short period before the Army found out and banned the wearing of the badge as it was an unofficial version. All unit members of 10 Light Horse who wore the unofficial badge were oredered to remove it and revert back to the metal badge.

This Black beret was made by Kent and bears the unofficial Bullion 10 Light Horse badge. A rare item that is a must for the 10 Light Horse collector.
